Polyurethane Division Technologist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervision and improvement of polyurethane casting and insulation processes in production.
- Quality control of polyurethane raw materials, mixture parameters and process.
- Analysis of technological processes, identification of problems and implementation of their solutions.
- Preparation, updating of technological instructions and ensuring their compliance; Cooperation with production, quality, technical service and engineering teams.
- Implementation of new products and processes in production.
- Improvement of production efficiency, quality and productivity.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Experience in manufacturing, technology or engineering.
- Ability to analyze technological processes and solve problems.
- Reading and understanding technical drawings and diagrams.
- Responsibility, diligence and result orientation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language.
ADVANTAGES FOR CANDIDATES:
- Experience working with polyurethane equipment and dosing systems.
- Understanding of polyurethane casting, foam forming, or other related manufacturing processes.
- Ability to analyze defect causes and implement preventive actions.
- Knowledge of LEAN, 5S, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Understanding of quality control methods and measuring tools.
- Ability to organize work, plan tasks, and coordinate processes.
- Technical thinking and initiative.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
The salary for this position is from 1500 € net pay.
The salary depends on the level of expertise. Additional performance-based bonuses are also available.
Work 1st shift: from 7:00 to 15:30! Weekends off!
