Aheers supermarket was implemented with multidecks JUPITER – the most versatile FREOR chiller cabinets. JUPITER multideck is a perfect match for any store and almost any product range, featuring a large capacity and many configurations for everyone’s needs. Aheers supermarket chose black colored JUPITER and JUPITER ISLAND with panoramic side walls for better product visibility. Multideck’s construction of the zinc-plated metal of 1.4 mm thickness ensures multidecks durability and the capability of holding large weights, allowing the display of extensive quantities of products, perfect for busy supermarkets.

Energy Efficiency Features in FREOR Refrigeration Equipment

A standard feature in JUPITER multidecks, Dual Airflow technology effectively manages the airflow in commercial refrigeration equipment. It lowers the unit’s energy consumption by up to 20% and ensures a comfortable customer shopping experience. Thanks to Dual Airflow technology, the multideck’s stable temperature and humidity level maximize the products’ quality and freshness.

For even better energy efficiency, Aheers supermarket chose additional front glass packets for all open JUPITER multidecks. They prevent cold air from escaping and can result in energy savings of up to another 15% in open JUPITER cabinets.

The supermarket chose the Hydroloop Hybrid cooling system, which connects plug-in refrigeration equipment fitted inside with compressors and all refrigeration cycle components to a glycol-cooled system with air and plate condensers. Hydroloop Hybrid system can efficiently emit excess condensation heat directly into the shop via an air condenser mounted in the equipment or removed through liquid pipes, which can be reused to heat the water or removed outside the building. Its capability to switch between modes makes it ideal for a country like South Africa, where power outages are frequent. If the primary Hydroloop system fails, the hybrid system can promptly switch to the secondary mode, ensuring cooling without interruptions. This seamless transition helps prevent product spoilage and maintains operational stability during disruptions.

Aheers supermarket strategically placed JUPITER multidecks along the walls and multiplexed them into islands in the middle of the shopping area. This layout created a spacious, comfortable, and stylish shopping environment while ensuring the highest product quality for Aheers customers with FREOR refrigeration equipment.
